Kidney and Bladder Cancer - 76-year-old female

History
A 76-year-old female with history of bladder cancer. She was treated with resection of the right kidney, ureter, and part of the bladder. She recently developed distension of the abdomen and was found to have malignant ascites.

PET imaging reveals two malignancies behind the bladder surrounded by ascitic fluid.
